Gauge
* Stockinette - 5 sts x 6 rows = 1"
* Eyelet Rib (slightly stretched) - 6 sts x 8 rows = 1"
Eyelet Rib Pattern
* Rounds 1-3: *k3, p2; repeat from * to end of round.
* Round 4: *k2tog, yo, k1, p2; repeat from * to end of round.
* Rounds 5-7: Repeat Round 1.
* Round 8: *k1, yo, sl 1, k1, psso, p2; repeat from * to end of round.
Pattern Start
Using US 3 24" circular needles, CO 175 sts. Work eyelet rib pattern for 4".
I'll post again about this design when I arrive at milestones, parts where technical explanations are required, or parts where adjustments to my original numbers are needed. For now, it's just knitting time!

I know I don't comment much, but I am excitedly watching the progress of this project. We started knitting around the same time so it's really awesome to see you go through this process! Can't wait to see how it turns out.
