A year ago, there was no way I would have taken out bound off shoulders. There was no way I would have wanted to take 5 steps backwards to make things right. On Saturday, I did my little three-needle BO magic and realized the armholes were a bit deep when I tried on Lorelei without the Knit Klips. You guys were funny with your comments! I undid the bind-off. I ripped back my short rows and 4 regular rows that included some decreases. I changed the short-row shaping; there is only one wrap & turn. Intrepid, I have become. Also, I decided I did not like the crochet border. It's partially due to my lack of crochet skills. So I picked up stitches, purled one round, and bound off.
Pattern: Lorelei from Yarnplay
Yarn: Cascade Sierra, Noro Silk Garden
Needles: Addi Turbo US 5
Gauge: 5 sts = 1"

That is very pretty! Good on you for fixing your problems despite the extra work. I'm sure you'll wear it much more now. Definitely worth the effort!
That's beautiful!
Congratulations to the intrepid knitter who dares to boldly go where the pattern should've gone but didn't.
it looks lovely, and i love the photo as well.
Isn't it freeing to rip back and get the fit just so?
Great, great top!
Awesome job! It's good to be intrepid.
So pretty! Way to go the extra mile!
Oh man... I've never seen that pattern before, it's amazing! I'm going to have to make it.
