Finished Object No. 4: One Sock

Pattern: David's Sock Pattern
Yarn: Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock
Color: Sherbet
Needles: Clover Takumi DPNs Size 1

It fits wonderfully.

I think there are many components to sock knitting that can be tricky. I am glad I took a class. Trying to teach myself would have been challenging. I probably would have become blind by my desire to poke my eyes out with the sharp points of my teeny Size 1 needles.

Gotta get going on finishing the second sock.

that you have been knitting for such a short time and your socks look sooooo amazing - I am thoroughly impressed (and with a baby too!) - I have been knitting just over a year and am wondering what the hell I did before knitting. great socks! -Maria

First - awesome socks!! I've made 5 attempts at socks, and it hasn't worked for me yet.
Second - I was reading the Yarn Harlot blog and saw your pretty face there - I thought Hey! I know that woman!!
